1. Application and operating principle
YSC02 8-color printing machine is suitable for printing the surface of metal cans like aluminum tubes and cans. It can realize polychrome printing of patterns in eight colors.Coated and dried germ cans are absorbed and inserted with printing mandrel by push rod. The ink is transferred to printing plate through ink fountain, ink roller, middle roller, ink vibrator and rubber roller. The printing plate then transfers the pattern to the blanket cylinder with appropriate pressure and prints cans with patterns. The manipulator takes cans away from the mandrel and sends them to the transfer chain towards the drying oven. Aluminum can printing adopts "circle presses circle" to realize polychrome printing.
Main features
- A.It adopts SIEMENS PLC and Pro-face color touch screento display information of speed and production. The machine has self-inspection system. If cans are not well inserted into the mandrels, the machine will stop working.
B.No tubes, no printing. Printing mandrel rotates automatically and can change frequency and speed. The printing units adopt Branch+ R plate structure which is easy for replacement.
C. Regulating handle makes it easy to regulate printing.
D. Draw-out type printing components are convenient for replacement.
E. Mandrel components adopt integral replacement,which is suitable for different types of aluminum cans and convenient for changing mandrel.

The YRseries aluminum can lines produced by us are fully automatic. Each equipment of this series can work alone or form partial production lines according to client's needs.
