LJ01 Horizontal Elbow Squeezer or horizontal extrusion press is a specialized equipment which extrudes the aluminum slug into germ tubes, cylindrical objects and other shapes.
The vibratory bowl with this machine arrange aluminum slugs in order and send them to the laying-off rail. The manipulator sends the slugs precisely into the die cavity. Under the action of the crank-shaft connecting rod, swing rod and sliding block, the slugs are extruded. The clearance between lip of punch and die controls pipe wall thickness. Through the annular slot between the die bottom and tip of punch, the slugs are pressed and turned into germ tubes, enter the automatic unloading process and are sent to the next procedure.
