1. Application and operating principle
YSC01 6-color printing machine is suitable for printing the surface of metal cans like aluminum tubes and cans. It can realize polychrome printing of patterns in six colors.Coated and dried germ cans are absorbed and inserted with printing mandrel by push rod. The ink is transferred to printing plate through ink fountain, ink roller, middle roller, ink vibrator and rubber roller. The printing plate then transfers the pattern to the blanket cylinder with appropriate pressure and prints cans with patterns. The manipulator takes cans away from the mandrel and sends them to the transfer chain towards the drying oven. Aluminum can printing adopts "circle presses circle" to realize polychrome printing.
Main features
- A.It adopts SIEMENS PLC and Pro-face color touch screento display information of speed and production. The machine has self-inspection system. If cans are not well inserted into the mandrels, the machine will stop working.
B.No tubes, no printing. Printing mandrel rotates automatically and can change frequency and speed. The printing units adopt Branch+ R plate structure which is easy for replacement.
C. Regulating handle makes it easy to regulate printing.
D. Draw-out type printing components are convenient for replacement.
E. Mandrel components adopt integral replacement,which is suitable for different types of aluminum cans and convenient for changing mandrel.

Aluminum soft tubes line is also called aluminum collapsible tubes line. It is mainly used to produce various aluminum collapsible tubes, small aluminum barrel or cans. The line is applied to filling products like ointment, artistic pigment, cosmetics, sealant, toothpaste, shoe polish, AB glue, hair dye, tomato sauce, chocolate sauce, instant adhesive, pen or marker barrel, cigar, etc.
The aluminum tubes lines produced by our company are fully automatic. Each equipment of the series can work alone or form full or partial. The main machines include LJD01/02 Extrusion press, LWD01 Trimmer, THD01 Annealing oven, PTD01 Internal lacquering machine, GHD01 Lacquer curing oven, DYD01 Base-coating machine, YSD01 4-color, YSD02 5-color and YSD03 6-color printing machine, HXD01 Drying oven, NMD01 Capping machine and WTD01 Latexing machine.
All the equipment of the series is advanced in technology, of high quality, easy for maintenance, highly automated and much economical. Most devices adopt SIEMENS PLC to change frequency and speed. All ovens employ FUJI Temperature Controller to automatically control the working temperature. All the products can be passed automatically through the production line. The text displayer can show the instant information of speed and production at the stations of internal lacquering, printing and capping, which is convenient for management.
