THD aluminum hose annealing oven is abbreviated as annealing oven, which is the supporting equipment in the aluminum hose production line.
After the aluminum wafer is cold-extruded to form the embryo tube, stress is generated due to the change of the metal molecular structure and the flexibility is lost. Therefore, in order to eliminate this stress and make the tube body meet the use requirements, the tube blank must be subjected to stress relief annealing treatment, and the annealed aluminum tube becomes very soft. The embryo tube after annealing treatment ensures the adhesion of the inner coating and the bottom coating. When the aluminum tube is annealed at high temperature, the release agent on the surface is volatilized clean.
The annealing oven adopts electric heating, which is clean and safe. The conveying ship chain puts the tube billets one by one into the "C" type ship, and enters the annealing oven through the annealing oven ship trough. The tube billets circulate in the oven cavity with the "C" type ship, and after a high temperature of 3 to 5 minutes in the annealing oven , Annealing is complete. Pour out the annealed tube blanks at the exit tube and send them to the cooling area, and then send them to the next process through the tube delivery ship chain. The outlet tube connection port can be connected with the conveying equipment of other equipment to enter a process.

1. Electric heating components adopt stainless steel thermal resistance. Heating elements are easy to detach and replace.
2. FUJI temperature controller ensures the temperature within plus or minus 2 ºC of setting temperature.
3. The tube conveying chain adopts continuously variable, which can make the equipment and the last device have the sane production speed. The sprayer machine provides main driving force for the chain.
4. The oven chamber adopts suspended structure which is convenient for maintenance and makes the conveying basket more stable during the operation of the furnace cavity, reducing the incidents of dropping and crushing tubes, so as to improve the qualified rate of products.
5. The machine is equipped with a single driving motor. It can operate synchronously with the equipment before and after, or operate separately.
