The THD Aluminum Hose Annealing Oven, succinctly known as the Annealing Oven, is an essential component in our aluminum hose production line, offering unparalleled support and reliability.
Upon cold-extrusion of the aluminum wafer to form the embryo tube, stress from altered metal molecular structures results in a loss of flexibility. To counteract this, the tube blank undergoes stress relief annealing, rendering it remarkably soft and ensuring optimal adhesion for inner and bottom coatings. During high-temperature annealing, surface release agents are effectively volatilized, leaving a pristine finish.
Our Annealing Oven employs electric heating, ensuring a clean and safe operation. Tube billets are systematically placed into 'C' type ships via the conveying ship chain, entering the annealing oven through a designated trough. These billets circulate within the oven cavity, completing the annealing process over a high-temperature span of 3 to 5 minutes. The annealed tube blanks are then channeled to the cooling area and proceed to subsequent processes, with the outlet tube connection port seamlessly interfacing with other equipment for a smooth transition.
