Aluminum tube line
Aluminum soft tubes line is also called aluminum collapsible tubes line. It is mainly used to produce various aluminum collapsible tubes, small aluminum barrel or cans. The line is applied to filling products like ointment, artistic pigment, cosmetics, sealant, toothpaste, shoe polish, AB glue, hair dye, tomato sauce, chocolate sauce, instant adhesive, pen or marker barrel, cigar, etc.
The aluminum tubes lines produced by our company are fully automatic. Each equipment of the series can work alone or form full or partial. The main machines include Extrusion press, Trimmer,Annealing oven, and Internal lacquering machine, Lacquer curing oven, Base-coating machine, 4-color , 5-color and 6-color printing machine, Drying oven, Capping machine and Latexing machine.
All the equipment of the series is advanced in technology, of high quality, easy for maintenance, highly automated and much economical. Most devices adopt SIEMENS PLC to change frequency and speed. All ovens employ FUJI Temperature Controller to automatically control the working temperature. All the products can be passed automatically through the production line. The text displayer can show the instant information of speed and production at the stations of internal lacquering, printing and capping, which is convenient for management.
THD aluminum hose annealing oven is abbreviated as annealing oven, which is the supporting equipment in the aluminum hose production line.
After the aluminum wafer is cold-extruded to form the embryo tube, stress is generated due to the change of the metal molecular structure and the flexibility is lost. Therefore, in order to eliminate this stress and make the tube body meet the use requirements, the tube blank must be subjected to stress relief annealing treatment, and the annealed aluminum tube becomes very soft. The embryo tube after annealing treatment ensures the adhesion of the inner coating and the bottom coating. When the aluminum tube is annealed at high temperature, the release agent on the surface is volatilized clean.
The annealing oven adopts electric heating, which is clean and safe. The conveying ship chain puts the tube billets one by one into the "C" type ship, and enters the annealing oven through the annealing oven ship trough. The tube billets circulate in the oven cavity with the "C" type ship, and after a high temperature of 3 to 5 minutes in the annealing oven , Annealing is complete. Pour out the annealed tube blanks at the exit tube and send them to the cooling area, and then send them to the next process through the tube delivery ship chain. The outlet tube connection port can be connected with the conveying equipment of other equipment to enter a process.
