Aluminum soft tubes line is also called aluminum collapsible tubes line. It is mainly used to produce various aluminum collapsible tubes, small aluminum barrel or cans. The line is applied to filling products like ointment, artistic pigment, cosmetics, sealant, toothpaste, shoe polish, AB glue, hair dye, tomato sauce, chocolate sauce, instant adhesive, pen or marker barrel, cigar, etc.

The aluminum tubes lines produced by our company are fully automatic. Each equipment of the series can work alone or form full or partial. The main machines include LJD01/02 Extrusion press, LWD01 Trimmer, THD01 Annealing oven, PTD01 Internal lacquering machine, GHD01 Lacquer curing oven, DYD01 Base-coating machine, YSD01 4-color, YSD02 5-color and YSD03 6-color printing machine, HXD01 Drying oven, NMD01 Capping machine and  WTD01 Latexing machine.

All the equipment of the series is advanced in technology, of high quality, easy for maintenance, highly automated and much economical. Most devices adopt SIEMENS PLC to change frequency and speed. All ovens employ FUJI Temperature Controller to automatically control the working temperature. All the products can be passed automatically through the production line. The text displayer can show the instant information of speed and production at the stations of internal lacquering, printing and capping, which is convenient for management.

Internal Lacquering Machine
1. Application and operating principle
 PTD01 is internal lacquering machines which sprays epoxy phenolic lacquer on the inner surface of tubes to protect aluminum from forming any chemical reaction with the contents filled inside.
Germ tubes from annealing oven drop into the tube slot and then are pushed into sprayer cup plates by push rod. The first spray gun stretches into tubes and blows out compressed air, eliminating dust and impurities. Germ tubes then rotate with turntable and move to the next station. The second spray gun sprays fluid while cup plate rotates at high speed under the drive of flat belt to make the fluid cover the internal wall uniformly. cup plate moves to next station and repeats the former action to finish the second spraying. Usually, the first spray focuses on side wall and the second straight injection.
2. Main features

1. PLC and Ferguson indexer control frequency and speed.
2. New type of spray gun can spray precisely and works with stable pressure.
3. Each spray gun can be controlled alone and set according to client's needs.
4. Exhaust cleaner of high power can make sure the working process is safe and without pollution.
5. The good self-inspection system can ensure that each tube should be sprayed. If the tube does not work well, the machine would stop working automatically.
