GHD01 Lacquer curing oven

 

        GHD curing oven, also called aluminum tube inner coating curing oven, is a supporting equipment in the aluminum tube production line, used for curing the aluminum tube inner wall after spraying. This machine is a necessary equipment for all internal wall spraying equipment in the aluminum tube production line. The machine is equipped with a separate drive motor, which can operate synchronously with the front and rear equipment or independently. The sprayed embryo tube is driven by the conveying ship chain and transferred to the stainless steel "C" type ship in the curing furnace. Driven by the ship chain, it is circulated to the discharge port with the "C" type ship in the curing furnace. The model boat pours out the embryo tube after high-temperature baking and falls into the delivery pipe conveyor chain. The embryo tube is sintered in the curing oven for a certain period of time, and the inner spray liquid attached to the tube wall is baked and firmly fixed On the inner wall of the tube, thus completing the entire curing process.

         
                

Main Features

A. Electric heating components adopt stainless steel thermal resistance. Heating elements are easy to detach and replace.

B. FUJI temperature controller ensures the temperature within plus or minus 2 ºC of setting temperature.

C. The tube conveying chain adopts continuously variable, which can make the equipment and the last device have the sane production speed. The sprayer machine provides main driving force for the chain.

D. The oven chamber adopts suspended structure which is convenient for maintenance and makes the conveying basket more stable during the operation of the furnace cavity, reducing the incidents of dropping and crushing tubes, so as to improve the qualified rate of products.

E. The machine is equipped with a single driving motor. It can operate synchronously with the equipment before and after, or operate separately.
