HXD01 Drying oven

 

        This oven is the auxiliary equipment for tube production line, which is responsible for drying the tube after printing primer and color paint of patterns and characters, as well as for transportation and connection. The oven adopts stainless steel electric heat tube heating element, the heating element is arranged more, the temperature inside the oven is even after heating, so the drying effect is good, the product quality is high.

A. The control of internal temperature employs the design of automatic temperature control. FUJI temperature controller ensures the temperature within plus or minus 2 ºC of setting temperature.

B. The thermal insulation material can perform well and save a lot of power.

C. The electric heating components adopt stainless steel thermal resistance. Heating components are easy to detach and replace. Small oil cup design can keep effective lubrication.

D. Heating elements is easy to detach and replace. When thermal resistance is broken, it can be replaced easily and quickly.
