HX01drying oven is supporting equipment for aluminum collapsible tube production line. It is used to dry the tubes after base-coating and printing.

 

Main Features

 

1. The control of internal temperature employs the design of automatic temperature control. FUJI temperature controller ensures the temperature within plus or minus 2 ºC of setting temperature.
2. The thermal insulation material can perform well and save a lot of power.
3. The electric heating components adopt stainless steel thermal resistance. Heating components are easy to detach and replace. Small oil cup design can keep effective lubrication.
4. Heating elements is easy to detach and replace. When thermal resistance is broken, it can be replaced easily and quickly.
