Product Description
The low-speed 6-color printing machine is suitable for printing the surface of aluminum,lead-tin, zinc and other metal tubes. It can realize polychrome printing of patterns in six colors.
The equipment can automatically insert the tubes from the pin of the conveyor chain that need to be printed on the mandrel for printing, and can automatically send the printed tubes to the pin of the conveyor chain for drying.
If no tube on the mandrel, the equipment can yield automatically through the proximity switch and the cylinder switch to avoid the mandrel being printed with ink.
This equipment converts the continuously running conveyor chain into intermittent movement through the eccentric movement of an eccentric wheel. When the conveyor chain pauses for a short time, the gripper will unplug the printed tube from the mandrel and insert the conveyor chain pin so that the tubes can enter the oven.

Line Introduction
Aluminum soft tubes line is also called aluminum collapsible tubes line. It is mainly used to produce various aluminum collapsible tubes, small aluminum barrel or cans. The line is applied to filling products like ointment, artistic pigment, cosmetics, sealant, toothpaste, shoe polish, AB glue, hair dye, tomato sauce, chocolate sauce, instant adhesive, pen or marker barrel, cigar, etc.
The aluminum tubes lines produced by our company are fully automatic. Each equipment of the series can work alone or form full or partial. The main machines include LJD01/02 Extrusion press, LWD01 Trimmer, THD01 Annealing oven, PTD01 Internal lacquering machine, GHD01 Lacquer curing oven, DYD01 Base-coating machine, YSD01 4-color, YSD02 5-color and YSD03 6-color printing machine, HXD01 Drying oven, NMD01 Capping machine and WTD01 Latexing machine.
All the equipment of the series is advanced in technology, of high quality, easy for maintenance, highly automated and much economical. Most devices adopt SIEMENS PLC to change frequency and speed. All ovens employ FUJI Temperature Controller to automatically control the working temperature. All the products can be passed automatically through the production line. The text displayer can show the instant information of speed and production at the stations of internal lacquering, printing and capping, which is convenient for management.
