When the aluminum tube is annealed at high temperature, the release agent on the surface is volatilized clean.
The annealing oven adopts electric heating, which is clean and safe. The conveying ship chain puts the tube billets one by one into the "C" type ship, and enters the annealing oven through the annealing oven ship trough. The tube billets circulate in the oven cavity with the "C" type ship, and after a high temperature of 3 to 5 minutes in the annealing oven , Annealing is complete. Pour out the annealed tube blanks at the exit tube and send them to the cooling area, and then send them to the next process through the tube delivery ship chain. The outlet tube connection port can be connected with the conveying equipment of other equipment to enter a process.
