The base coating machine is a highly automated equipment for printing base coating for lead tin, aluminum and other metal tubes. The machine has the functions of automatic feeding, automatic intubation, automatic detection and automatic extubation , and the forming tube comes from the annealing oven or lacquer curing oven. The tube is automatically inserted into the conveyor chain and sent to the oven for drying after printing. If the tubes is vacant, when the mandrel of the missing tubes turns to the printing position, the printing ink roller can automatically give way. The above automatic control is realized by electric, pneumatic and mechanical joint control.
The power of this equipment comes from a four-color printing press. During adjustment or maintenance, the power can be cut off by the pneumatic clutch to achieve safe adjustment and maintenance. At the same time, the operation of the oven conveyor chain can be selected through the manual clutch.
The oven conveyor chain is a closed, continuous-moving conveyor device, and the tubes can be smoothly transported to the oven for drying. When the gripper is plugged and unplugged, it can stop intermittently, which is realized by a licensed intermittent mechanism, which is one of the characteristics of this machine. In addition, it has a feature that the printing rubber roller drive system adopts a new structure. Because this structure uses a bridge gear, the center distance between the ink distribution roller and the ink roller, and the ink distribution roller and the printing rubber roller can be adjusted arbitrarily and with a large range. The meshing center distance of the transmission gears between them can be kept at any time. Change, thereby increasing the number of times the printing rubber roller is used, and also improving the printing quality.

Main Feature

2. SIEMENS PLC controls speed and frequency. Mandrel rotation adopts frequency control.
3. Main units of the machine like mandrel plate and cam are processed by CNC equipment, which increase the accuracy of mandrel rotation.
4. The manipulator takes tubes up and down automatically. The machine has self-inspection system. If tubes are not well inserted into the mandrels, the machine would stop working automatically. No tubes, no printing. The mandrel can be prevented from being accidentally coated.
